How to Make Child's Pose Feel Better in any Yoga Practice

Let's explore different ways to practice this typically restorative yoga pose. We'll cover Child's Pose variations for all different body types, with props, mid-class, or as a full restorative yoga pose. Child's Pose, also known as Balasana, is a great pose to help release tension and stress in the back, shoulders, and hips. It's also a great pose to practice when you're feeling overwhelmed or anxious.

In this short tutorial, I'll show you how to modify Child's Pose to suit your wonderful and unique body and needs. We'll cover variations such as extending one arm out in front, adding a shoulder stretch, and using props like blocks or blankets to support the body.

Don't worry if you can't touch your heels with your hips or if it looks different than mine - your practice is uniquely yours and how it feel is more important than how it looks. YOU DO YOU MY FRIENDS 🎉

I hope you enjoy this tutorial and find it helpful in your yoga journey!
