Spend the long weekend with AYA in an innovative, hybrid learning journey that blends the best of in-person training and online, on-demand resources. This unique module is designed for yoga teachers who want to elevate their class design and delivery by mastering sequencing, enriching their themes, and honing their instructional language.

This immersive four-day event is an opportunity to explore the essential elements of intelligent class design, with a focus on integrating effective asana sequencing, layering thematic depth, and delivering inspired verbal instruction. Whether you’re a seasoned teacher or newer and struggling to keep up with constant class planning - this course will equip you with tools to bring clarity and confidence to your teaching.

During this training, you will:

Enhance Your Sequencing Skills: Explore how to craft engaging and accessible flows that serve your students’ needs, blending dynamic and restorative elements to create classes that feel both invigorating and balanced. You’ll practice creative approaches to sequencing that inspire and challenge.

Add Depth with Thematic Teaching: Learn how to integrate meaningful themes into your classes, offering a more holistic experience to your students. This module will help you tap into your creativity and develop the confidence to weave deeper layers of intention into your teaching.

Refine Verbal Instruction: Perfect your cueing to ensure that your language is clear, impactful, and inclusive. With personalized feedback, you’ll build confidence in delivering precise and engaging instructions that resonate with students at every level.

This module includes a combination of in-person training in Seattle and on-demand access to supplemental resources. You’ll walk away with both practical tools for immediate implementation and the ability to revisit the lessons online at your convenience.
